I cannot speak highly enough of Michael and his firm. I got myself into some real trouble, requiring swift action and a savvy knowledge of Arizona law. With my head spinning, I was lucky enough to find Mr. Bloom in my moment of need; and though encumbered with a heavy case-load, he empathized with my position, as did his office, and all worked tirelessly on my behalf, and to an incredibly positive result. Throughout the process, nothing but amazingly quick response and professionalism from all. He was also able to repetitively calm this 50-yr-old man back down to a level of peace and hope, and was instrumental in keeping me out of the hospital with a aneurism from the resulting stress of this episode in my life. Mike brilliantly represented me in a case recently where I was sued by the Sherriff’s department; we were victorious in litigation and he was awarded attorney’s fees. For the past 20 years, I have known Mike to be a dedicated advocate for his clients and a true professional in his field.

Several years ago I was on my way to work when I was pulled over and arrested for a heinous crime. I learned that the state of Arizona filed numerous charges against me (65+ years imprisonment) for child molestation, a crime I did not commit. While I sat in jail I believed my career, home and everything I had ever worked for, including my life, was over.

Although terrified, I was fortunate enough to interview several attorneys over the phone looking for someone who could defend my case. Within several hours Michael Bloom made a personal visit to me in jail. Within days I was released on bond and a new journey began.

Michael Bloom created an extensive timeline of events covering several years of my life and used it in conjunction with depositions made from witnesses, expert witnesses, police officers, doctors, lawyers and counselors to uncover the actual motive for the child molestation accusations which wasn’t even apparent to me at the time. Staying true to his word he left no stone unturned and knew my case inside and out. Although never showing his hand to the prosecutor, he personally led them to the truth so that they could see for themselves what had actually happened and in turn, the charges were dropped and I avoided trial.

This man is not only my hero but a personal savior to me. Michael Bloom preserved my career, home and saved my life. This was a very personal experience for me.

If you are in trouble of any kind, complexity or magnitude, you need a representative to be your voice. The courts will not favor you at any time, trust me. Michael Bloom will level the playing field and I believe he IS your advantage.

In my honest and genuine opinion Michael Bloom is the absolute top attorney in the state of Arizona and quite possibly the western US! He agreed to take our son’s case even though the odds were stacked against him. Although the case was drug out over a period of four years he never lost sight of his goal of obtaining the best outcome possible for what was a terrible accident. The kindness and understanding of everyone in his firm was amazing. He was also always willing to answer even the most repetitive and seemingly endless questions that we had. Always keeping us informed of the case details and what we should expect. He did not ever give us what he thought we wanted to hear but the straight forward facts. As well as, giving us both best and worst case scenarios to keep us prepared for both. He made what was an overwhelmingly horrific circumstance a much easier process than expected. He was without a doubt the best man for the job. I highly recommend Michael Bloom if you need legal representation if need in Arizona.

As a young adult I made some mistakes, as young adults are prone to doing. I was charged with 2 DUIs before my 21st birthday and was looking at facing the remainder of my life as a felon. It definitely wasn’t the ideal situation for someone yet to begin their career. With Michael’s expertise and help I was able to agree to a deal in which I would get placed on probation and with successful rehabilitation and treatment get the felony knocked down to a misdemeanor. Fast forward to today I am almost 2 years sober, I have a fantastic job, I’m driving again, and my paperwork is currently being processed for release from probation. What’s more than that is throughout the whole process Michael and his staff were truly there for me. They answered every question I’ve had and treated me professionally and respectfully 100% of the time. I would steer anyone going through similar issues to get help from Michael J. Bloom.
